The HR Manager is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of Talent management, HR strategies, Payroll administration, HR Compliance, organizational and performance management, and compensation. The role includes leading and overseeing HR operations, General Administration, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and promoting corporate values throughout the organization.

  • Provide insights on key HR metrics and trends to support decision-making.
  • Oversee talent acquisition processes, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent.
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies, including career development, succession planning.
  • Promote a positive organizational culture and work environment.
  • Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding employee compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the annual performance appraisal process, ensuring consistency and fairness.
  • Optimize HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in HR
  • Candidate should have experience in Shared Service Center
  • Preferable candidates immediate joiner
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
