General Technology International is an integrated operation and management platform for engineering services created by China General Technology Group, a Fortune 500 company and a key state-owned enterprise.
- Manage the daily work of the board office, be responsible for organizing and improving the company’s modern enterprise system construction, and be responsible for conducting communication and liaison with external directors and regular reporting.
- In charge of the daily work of the Party Committee and the General Manager’s Office, responsible for coordinating and implementing important internal and external business arrangements of the company’s leaders, external liaison and public relations affairs, etc.
- Organize meeting management work, and be responsible for organizing and implementing the company’s annual work conference, board of directors meeting, party committee meeting, general manager’s office meeting and other company-level and other important meetings’ proposal collection, meeting organization, meeting management and other related work.
- Responsible for the company’s document management, seal management, archive management, confidentiality management, etc.
- He is in charge of fixed assets, domestic real estate management, administrative affairs, official vehicles, petition management, internal security, national security and other work.
- Lead the company’s digital transformation construction and information security assurance and other related work.
- Responsible for organizing the preparation and updating of the company’s digital transformation plan and implementing the digital transformation work plan.
- Responsible for organizing the company’s entire system information construction, operation, maintenance and related work such as information services and network security assurance of the company’s headquarters.
- Cooperate with other departments and complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.
- Have 8 years or more of cumulative corporate work experience.
- Have working experience in a third-level deputy position or above in a state-owned enterprise (including professional positions at the same level, the same below), or more than 2 years of working experience in the next level position. Those with less than 2 years of working experience should have at least 1 year and a total of more than 4 years of working experience in the next level position. Personnel from other units should generally have corresponding working experience in management positions of the same level.
- Possess a bachelor’s degree or above.
- The performance appraisal in the past two years has been good (or equivalent) or above.
- The deputy director of the Financial Shared Service Center must be familiar with national financial laws and regulations, financial accounting systems, and modern enterprise management knowledge, familiar with the basic business of the company’s industry, and have strong organizational leadership and financial management capabilities.
- Be in good health, have good psychological quality and physical fitness to perform duties normally.
- There is no situation in which laws, regulations, rules and regulations prohibit leaders of state-owned enterprises from engaging in the same occupation, nor is there any situation in which the “Several Provisions on Integrity in the Employment of Leaders of State-owned Enterprises” is violated.
- Under the same conditions, retired military personnel will be given priority in recruitment.
