As part of the Cloud Data Platform leadership, you’ll be responsible to lead Platform Engineering teams to build a world-class platform that is highly scalable, secure, compliant, and self-serviceable. You will bring in the best practices, collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate their requirements, provide thought leadership to the team, build repeatable patterns, and evaluate best in class tools and technology that suits our needs. You will also integrate key FinOps principles and best practices to maximize cloud ROI.

• Bachelor’s in computer science or engineering, or the equivalent experience – post-graduate education desired.
• 10+ years of Big-Data experience including building data platforms in cloud. Preferably using AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, equivalent services.
• Leadership skills with experience in driving large projects and implementing applications in a shared services environment.
• Experience with large-scale Transformation Programs and Fortune 500 companies
• Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design-based tools and techniques.

Added Bonus If You Have

• Experience with formal Architecture Frameworks and or building security and network architecture diagrams.
• Experience in the Payments and/or FinTech Industry.
• Experience in Agile principles and methodology.
