DMK is looking for a strong, courageous and at the same time pragmatic manager who wants to lead GBS into the future.

• In your role as Director Global Business Services (GBS), you report directly to the Group Management. The GBS includes the departments H2R, P2P, O2C, R2R, Controlling Services & Service Management. The personnel focus of the GBS and its 250 employees is in Bremen.
• As a visionary with strong implementation skills, you will shape the further development of Global Business Services into a modern, benchmark-capable and entrepreneurially oriented shared services organization. The clear goal for GBS is a performance contribution that goes beyond pure cost savings and has a significant impact on the corporate success of the DMK Group.
• Continuous optimization of the area to achieve increases in effectiveness and/or efficiency / contribution to the bottom-line success of the business units are essential parts of your tasks.
• You are responsible for GBS internal optimization projects in the areas of digitalization, automation and integration.
• In addition, you will be involved in improving processes across the entire group (e.g. contributing to the optimization of SG&A processes) at home and abroad.

• Successfully completed degree: Finance or business administration. Commercial vocational training.
• Several years of successful management responsibility in a shared service organization with complex organizational structures, in a corporation or upper mid-sized company with corporate structures.
• You manage consistently according to key performance indicators.
• Experience in the implementation and management of projects and the associated change management.
• You are a mentor and role model for your team. You promote independence, initiative and high performance.
• You are agile, courageous, think strategically and can both prioritize and implement tasks with determination.
• Fluent in German and English.
