Technical Strategy & Innovation:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive technical delivery strategy that aligns with Evinova’s mission and business objectives.
  • Identify emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in data integration and shared services.
  • Lead the architectural design of complex systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

Leadership & Team Development:

  • Build and mentor high-performing technical teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide clear direction, set performance expectations, and conduct regular evaluations to promote professional growth.
  • Encourage a learning environment that embraces new ideas and methodologies.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including product development, clinical teams, and executive leadership, to align technical initiatives with business goals.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, clients, and vendors.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

  • Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols to ensure the highest standards of technical delivery.
  • Ensure all technical operations comply with industry regulations, particularly in a GxP and SaMD environment.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.

Operational Excellence:

  • Optimize resource allocation, including budgeting and staffing, to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of technical initiatives and team performance.
  • Drive continuous process improvement to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical delivery roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
  • Proven experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry, particularly in clinical trials or related areas.
  • Deep understanding of data extraction, data integration, and shared services technologies.
  • Experience with modern data architectures, cloud platforms, and integration tools.
  • Familiarity with connected devices and integrating clinical systems such as eCOA, IVRS, EDC, and data lakes.
  • Experience working in regulated environments, ensuring compliance with GxP and SaMD standards.
