For a well-known optician, we are looking foryou as a proactive Senior Expert – P2P Process Excellence (m/f/d) in Hamburg as part of the permanent recruitment process.

• Design and optimization of P2P processes in close cooperation with all P2P departments
• Advice and support in the design and implementation of the company-wide EDI strategy
• Definition, implementation and control of the procedural processes with a focus on compliance with the standardized procedural instructions
• Identification and elimination of process weaknesses and other challenges
• Creation of reports and analyses for the P2P sector
• Conducting benchmarking analyses and deriving best/better practices for process improvement
• Support in the implementation and compliance of the monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes
• Central interface function to other departments
• First point of contact for planned procedural and strategic changes

• Successfully completed business studies or a comparable qualification
• Experience in managing and lateral leading project teams of various sizes
• Several years of professional experience in the project and consulting environment as well as in the optimization of processes, preferably in the P2P area
• Sound knowledge of basic processes in finance and accounting, especially in the closing process
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
• Fluent written and spoken English skills
