The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the comprehensive financial transactions and personnel within the RTR – Management Accounting stream. This position is based in Kuala Lumpur and offers a hybrid working model.

• Guide the transition and establishment of RTR operations within the SSC
• Establish service levels, performance metrics, and technology requirements
• Oversee day-to-day operations of RTR Management accounting
• Manage SLAs and KPIs to meet or surpass performance targets
• Lead month-end financial review meetings
• Complete HFM(Hyperion) and SAP close
• Monitor global process adherence and controls implementation
• Adhere to and improve the governance model between Local business units, SSC and outsourced party
• Support communication of change and trainings for all team members with respect to RTR processes or automations

• Detailed understanding of the review process underlying all Management accounting activities
• At least 12 years’ relevant experience in RTR/Accounting, with at least 6 years as Management Accountant
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, HFM and SAP ECC , Blackline is a plus
• Proficiency in IFRS and work experience in a company that had to comply with SOX Controls
• Experience in utilizing data insights to identify trends, efficiencies, and areas for improvement
• Experience in working with SLA’s, KPI’s and in determining the right resourcing loading model
