Our client is an exciting Global HouseHold Industrial Manufacturing company based in Malaysia. Having the Regional HQ based in Malaysia, they are seeking for an experienced SEA Finance & Ops (HR) Manager to spearhead the growing regional presence of the brand.

• To be experienced and manage reporting standards in relations with the United States & Local GAAP structure
• To have overview, review and recommend Financial Planning & Analysis for the regions that the business is operating in with both directly and through regional distributors
• To oversee all Accounting Shared Services, Compliance Internal Controls, Accounting administration and regional office support
• To oversee Human Resources administrative and organisation structures for the regional business

• Bachelors degree in a relatable Field
• Strong communications & leadership skills with demonstrated experience of working with Distributors & local business owners
• Able to work with and manage both internal and external stakeholders
• At least 8 years and above of experience in Finance, Accounting & HR across the Industrial, Retail & Manufacturing industry or any MNC company will be an added bonus
