As the Data Engineering and Delivery Lead, you will manage a high-performing team of data engineers to design, build, and maintain the data infrastructure that powers our organization’s data-driven initiatives. You will bridge the gap between business needs, technical feasibility, and efficient data delivery to ensure reliable, high-quality data pipelines and solutions.

• Develop and implement a data engineering strategy aligned with business goals and evolving data needs.
• Design and build a scalable, secure, and reliable data infrastructure to support growing data volumes and demands.\
• Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of efficient data pipelines for seamless data movement, transformation, and integration.
• Champion data quality initiatives by setting and enforcing standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Collaborate with data science, analytics, and business teams to deliver timely, high-quality data solutions that meet business requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, fostering an innovative and collaborative environment focused on continuous learning and technical excellence.

• 10+ years’ experience in data engineering, software development, or a similar technical leadership role.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of data engineers.
• Strong understanding of data engineering principles, tools, and technologies (e.g., data warehousing, data/cloud platforms).
• Expertise in data quality methodologies and building scalable, secure data infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
