Reporting to the VP Finance Shared Services, as the Senior Manager – PTP Process Transformation you will co-lead and manage PTP Transformations and Continuous Improvements for HARMAN Shared Services. This is a leadership position responsible for driving Business Outcomes, On Time and Quality project execution, and setting up Strong Governance frameworks ensuring sustainability.

• 50% of the time the role will support the GPOs on designing the S4 Template for the PTP Process and 50% of the time the role will be spent on improving GSSC Process KPIs through Transformation and Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Work with multiple teams and stakeholders to strategize, plan and execute business critical projects ensuring they are fully aligned with the broader strategic goals of the organization
• Develop an PTP Operations Excellence framework and conceptualize initiatives that will allow us to achieve the desired levels of performance
• Collaborate with HR to identify Future skill requirements and develop a long term L&D program to upskill the PTP organization resources as well as tailor hiring strategy to meet the Future State design
• Collaborate with the PTP GPO and S4 HANA project team on global initiatives that include Future State process design, Transforming As-is processes and implementing Technology as needed
• Collaborate with Operations to identify and drive best in class practices achieving Benchmark KPIs and Sustainable Efficiency

What You Need

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Accounting from a reputed Business School
• Around 10 years’ experience in the field of PTP Shared Services
• Experience in planning and executing large-scale transformation initiatives from the envisioning stage through to implementation.
• Execution and operational excellence with deep experience and skills in driving cost, quality, and business outcomes.
• Demonstrated aptitude to seek external best practices, industry research and benchmarking to identify and prioritize new sources of value.
• Ability to present data and recommendations in a meaningful way.
• Articulate, confident and fluent communication skills.
• Experience working directly with senior business executives in an advisory capacity.
• Strong interpersonal skills across multiple regions and cultures.
