We are looking to add a Sr. Human Resources Manager of Employee Experience Center to our team, based in Mesquite, Texas. This role will be instrumental in leading operational excellence within our HR Shared Services, driving continuous improvement initiatives, providing team leadership and development, and collaborating with stakeholders. This position will offer a long term contract employment opportunity.
- Lead operational excellence within HR Shared Services, focusing on Staffing, Benefits, Data Management/Compensation, and Employee Relations.
- Oversee daily service portals and ticketing system to ensure prompt resolution of issues and adherence to service standard.
- Collaborate to implement best HR practices and facilitate the development of high-performing teams.
- Monitor and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement within HR Shared Services.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes, controls, and standards within HR Shared Services.
- Provide functional supervision for HR Shared Services Leads and their teams, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Engage with employees and leadership to gather feedback on HR Shared Services and address concerns promptly.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting HR service delivery.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, measure performance, and implement changes that enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role
- Proficiency in ADP – Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
- Familiarity with ATS – Asynchronous Transfer Mode
- Experience with Ceridian and HCM (Human Capital Management) software
- Understanding of Benefit Functions
- Strong Communication skills
- Knowledge of Compliance regulations and practices
- Experience with Employee Relations
- Familiarity with Hiring Processes
- Proficiency in Workday HCM and Workday HRIS
- Understanding of Compensation & Benefits structures
- Knowledge of Total Rewards strategies
- Experience in Labor Employee Relations.
