We are seeking an experienced Shared Services Director to lead and optimize our clients shared services operations, including payroll, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and cash management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-unit environments, particularly in high-volume settings. This role requires expertise in financial software systems such as Epicor, Coupa, and ADP, along with a degree in accounting or a related field.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of shared services functions, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in payroll, AP, AR, and cash management.
  • Develop and implement best practices and standardized processes to improve service delivery and operational performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and enhance financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures in financial operations.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reports to communicate performance metrics to senior management.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and vendors related to shared services operations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technology advancements to drive innovation within the shared services function.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance or shared services management, with a strong focus on multi-unit operations in a high-volume environment.
  • Proficient in financial software applications, particularly Epicor, Coupa, and ADP.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of process improvement and operational excellence.
