This pivotal role is part of ADP’s Business Innovation, Transformation & Shared Services team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with ADP’s leadership team to establish and implement the strategic vision for operations (Sales, Implementation, & Service) facilitating innovation, initiative execution, and transformative processes.

  • Identify and develop long-term strategies grounded in data-driven analyses.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to pinpoint opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Partner with operational leadership to craft and implement effective strategies and solutions.
  • Direct strategic projects and initiatives to drive impact.
  • Ensure Value Realization for all initiatives across operational teams.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with operations or strategy.
  • Previous strong proven management and leadership experience in a fast-paced environment is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in developing and evaluating strategies, including issue framing, hypothesis testing, market research, and execution planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional process improvement aptitude.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams at senior management levels.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in process optimization and streamlining.
  • Innovative mindset with the capability to structure and solve complex problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building.
  • Ability to manage multiple competitor initiatives effectively.
  • Proven effectiveness in working within cross-functional and matrixed teams.
  • Ability to influence executive leaders and drive organizational initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Quebec candidates: While French is required for Quebec-based roles, use of the English language is also required due to the global nature of the business and the need to interact with ADP’s headquarters and international sites.

Bonus points for these:  Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in management consulting is a plus.
  • Experience in HCM industry is a plus.
