Our Deal Management Team (DMT) is a critical business partner for our Worldwide Field Operations (WWFO). DMT enables and supports new and existing selling models to drive revenue acceleration and deal velocity. Acting as a trusted business partner, this team strives to be a single point of contact for all Cohesity deal-structuring needs to build an outstanding customer experience.
This role will report to the Vice President, DMT, based in our Cork office in Ireland. We seek an expert leader for this pivotal role who will provide strategic insights and lead by example, with operational excellence and customer focus at the core of everything they do.
- Lead DMT Global Shared Services Site and define the strategy for the team going forward.
- Responsible for Global Quoting Operations (New Business & Renewals), focusing on continued efficiencies, automation and development.
- Establish a Help Desk to support new sellers on Cohesity quoting systems.
- Manage quoting outcomes to defined KPIs and SLAs and provide regular Reporting & Metrics.
- Demonstrate a customer-focused, solution-oriented approach to Quoting that enables our Sellers while balancing controls and risk management for the company.
- General Understanding of Revenue Recognition Principles and Financial Savvy to recommend solutions that drive shareholder value.
- Provide Coaching and Training to team members, enabling their growth and development.
- Participate in the CRM Implementation Project and evolve our Shared Services team to meet the new requirements that will arise with the latest/enhanced CRM system.
- Experience working with or in an IT Multinational Organization in a Deal Mgt, Deal Desk, Sales Ops or Sourcing/Procurement role.
- Ability to drive process efficiency and excellence.
- Experience leading high-performing, diverse, decentralized teams with specific expertise in remote management of large teams.
- Ability to effectively lead stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organization and superb communication skills.
- Involvement in establishing critical metrics and associated Reporting.
