As a HR Services Specialist, you will be responsible for Ownership, design, expert support and service delivery for the broad range of HR Shared Services, often referred to as “HR Operations,” such as Reporting, Data Management, Lifecycle management, Global Mobility, etc. Expertise within a field comprising of different approaches, methodologies, techniques and processes.

  • Managing projects to support the delivery of HR Shared Services, including implementing new processes, improving and simplifying existing processes and tools as well as leading the payroll and benefits aspects of business transitions including acquisition integration, divestiture support, re-organizations and affiliate COE conversions. Includes those who lead Shared Services Project Management teams, and/or the operations for such teams. For use in Business or Shared Service teams.
  • Providing advice and guidance to functional management or business functions on approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affecting business organization and ways of working.
  • Communicating with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems
  • Leading design and implementation of projects. Work goals typically span 1-2 years to complete and the impact is felt over the 12 month – 2 years time horizon
  • Have multiple years of HR Experience with minimum 3 years of Shared Services Leadership level experience.
  • Have thorough understanding of various European Work council requirements and union negotiations.
  • Be able to work with multiple Segment HR teams on the ground on Salary negotiations and Collective Bargaining Agreement process.
  • Have In depth understanding on European Labor laws in order to provide Tier 1 support on processes such as; Restructuring, M&A activities, GRPR requirements on data handling and processing etc.
  • Have solid understanding of European Leave allowance and various policies around it. Such as Maternity benefits in various countries within European Union.
  • Be able to Partner with internal COE in the process of benefits vendor selection and review/ benefits automation requirements from HR delivery perspective.
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
