Your primary function of the Manager: People Shared Service Centre is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR Shared Services Centre, ensuring the efficient and accurate delivery of HR services to employees. This role involves managing a team, optimizing HR processes, and driving continuous improvement to support organizational goals and enhance employee satisfaction. This is a new area and so the incumbent will be responsible for building the team and the function within Derivco.
- Oversee the delivery of HR services, including benefits administration, employee data management, and HR inquiries. Ensure services are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Analyze and streamline HR processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the quality of service. Implement best practices and ensure consistent application across the Shared Services Centre.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the employee experience, ensuring that HR services meet the needs of employees and contribute to overall satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards. Monitor and report on key performance metrics and service levels to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with HR business partners, line managers, and other stakeholders to address service issues, provide insights, and support HR initiatives.
- Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as system implementations, process improvements, and policy updates. Develop project plans, track progress, and ensure successful delivery.
- 8 Years experience in a senior HR role in Shared Services or similar role.
