We are supporting a highly respected multi-site retail business who are a global market leader in their field and who are now looking to recruit a Director of Shared Services for their London office. They partner with an impressive client list across a number of sectors, and they have an exceptionally engaging, supportive and credible Senior Leadership Team.

This hybrid position oversees the AP, AR, treasury and transactional finance functions and your remit will be include reviewing current processes and procedures, identifying, and recommending improvements and subsequently driving those efficiencies.

As expected, you will need to have exceptional communication skills to effectively influence stakeholders of all levels both internally as well as external contacts and you will need to be able to demonstrate previous experience of managing, motivating, and developing a team.

A background within other large company service centres is a distinct advantage as is a relevant qualification.
