About The Client

A global MNC.

  • Lead the development and upkeep of SLAs and charging mechanisms, maintaining regular engagement with Business Unit stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Establish consistent reporting (monthly and ad-hoc) and ensure all outputs meet SSC and Business Unit requirements.
  • Monitor service delivery, addressing failed SLAs promptly, and ensure timely, accurate reporting, including Power BI maintenance.
  • Drive continuous improvement, manage team performance, and support team morale, motivation, and career growth.
  • Allocate resources effectively, balance workloads, and lead stakeholder governance meetings.
  • Oversee shared services activities like service catalogues, SOPs, customer surveys, and ServiceNow management
  • Qualifications: Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field, or professional certifications (ACCA, CPA).
  • Experience: 5-7 years in relevant roles, with 2+ years in a supervisory role; Shared Services and large organization experience preferred.
  • Skills: Expertise in SLA management, contracts, reporting, and business process improvement.
  • Technical Proficiency: SAP, Power BI, Microsoft Office.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English.
  • Competencies: Strong team leadership, negotiation, commercial acumen, and relationship management abilities.
  • Able to work in Johor. (MUST HAVE)
