- 12+ years’ work experience with solid foundations in F&A and sub process including PTP, RTR and OT
- Experience in relevant SSC deployment projects.

- Manage F&A delivery accounts and teams consist of 60+ team members
- Lead assigned projects, securing that project goals are met, customer’s expectations are fulfilled and the customer relation is handled in the best feasible way within the scope of the contract
- Support transitions for new accounts, manage service delivery locally and ensure healthy operation after the transition completion.
- Ensure all SLA’s are adhered as agreed
- Ensure that the Metrics are reported on regular basis as per the requirement
- Ensure no observations or NC’s on the Internal and External Audits
- Ensure that the cost is maintained as forecasted on monthly basis
- Ensure the controls are followed and adhered as per the process requirements
- Ensure the month close activities are handled timely and accurately
- Deliver on all people management task ensuring people development & efficient resource utilization
- Maintain attrition at < 20%
- Conduct regular one to one with the team members
- Guide & drive the team members to achieve their goals
- Handle finance process and system implementation project as per requirement
- Identify and Drive areas for improvement, implementation of ideas within area of responsibility
- Manage client relationship and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure regular governance & timely closure of issues / escalations
- Support in achieving high customer satisfaction scores.
- Drive compliance to the documentation – SOP, SIPOC, process maps, FMEA, BCM, project documentation etc are in place and up to date for the process and Refreshed every 6 months.
