We are seeking a visionary and strategic Product Management Director to lead the development and management of our AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management within the tech industry, with a focus on AI or related technologies. You will be responsible for defining product strategy, overseeing product development, and ensuring that our offerings meet the needs of our clients across various sectors.
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company objectives and market demands.
- Lead the product management team, providing guidance and mentorship to product managers.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including roadmap development, feature prioritization, and product positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver high-quality products.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and understand their needs.
- Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive.
- Ability to travel as needed to represent Canyon GBS in the public eye globally with customers, partners, investors, and the community.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of titled product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- At least 3 years of experience working on an enterprise grade SaaS product.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel as needed to represent Canyon GBS in the public eye globally with customers, partners, investors, and the community.
