Capgemini Intelligent Finance & Accounting Operations Project and Consulting Team (IFAO P&C) helps organizations worldwide on their transformation journeys toward increased efficiency, effectiveness, control and competitiveness of their Global Business Services organization including but not limited to Finance departments, as well as towards improved customer experience, customer satisfaction and growing the core business of our Clients. As an integral part of Capgemini’s Global Business Services Team, you will be supporting our global Clients in the end-to-end GBS journey. Depends on your skill set, experience, and your strengths you might play a various role in the transformation projects starting from GBS Target Operating Model design to leading large-scale business transformations.

- Lead the GBS transformation projects within Finance, mentoring and coaching Transformation Consultants in successful development and delivery of the project deliverables
- Steer transformation programs that may be related to: target operating model design, process design, process and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking, GBS / SSC set up, automation potential assessment, ERP/Platform solutions implementation, RPA implementation, transition, RPA implementation, training delivery, change management and similar
- Represent IFAO P&C GBS team in front of external Clients as well as for internal Capgemini Business Services Engagements
- Operate at the level of trustful GBS advisor for client
- Apply in practice different process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma / DGEM Benchmarking) to the area of expertise for the continuous improvement and transformation purposes
- Act as a Stream Lead or Project Lead for non-complex projects, having full accountability for high quality deliverables with minimum guidance
- Own program / project deliverables related to GBS transformation programs
- General process knowledge – AP/AR/GL/MDM (others as advantage)
- Knowledge and experience in at least one of the ERPs: S4H, SAP ECC or Oracle (will be an advantage)
- Great and proven in practice, understanding of Service Delivery Models (GBS/ SSC/BPO/hybrid/BOT etc.)
- Great understanding and insight of GBS/ SSC service components (BPO / SSC markets / trends, CI, governance model, performance management, organizational structure, contracting, legal aspects, office fit out, connectivity, IT, back office, visual management, and others)
- Experience in Program Management (project management certification will be an asset) and proven track of program / projects delivery
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and work effectively with CxO level Stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to adapt, with willingness to readily take ownership of tasks and problems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands
- Lead the transformation team during project, mentor and coach less experience team members
- Translate GBS requirements into a business cases and create transformation roadmap
- Transition and other type of project work experience with exposure to Client
- Continuous Improvement, Client value and Innovation mindset with proven benefits delivered
- Min. 7 years’ experience in Business Transformation projects
- Fluent English, (French or German would be an asset)
