Lead the Global Payment Services team in APAC, based in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.
- Manage and develop a growing team of payment operations staff through coaching and performance management.
- Oversee the entire payment operations lifecycle, from capture to processing and investigation.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls in all payment processing activities.
- Promptly investigate and resolve payment errors.
- Act as the main escalation point for critical issues, ensuring timely communication with senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients, investment managers, vendors, and other stakeholders for accurate and timely payment processing.
- 8-10 years of payment processing experience, ideally in global banking.
- 7+ years in people management.
- Strong knowledge of international payment processes and settlement mechanisms.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with global payment systems and online banking platforms.
- Solid understanding of Swift Payment processing; MX experience is a plus.
