Lead the Global Payment Services team in APAC, based in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.

  • Manage and develop a growing team of payment operations staff through coaching and performance management.
  • Oversee the entire payment operations lifecycle, from capture to processing and investigation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls in all payment processing activities.
  • Promptly investigate and resolve payment errors.
  • Act as the main escalation point for critical issues, ensuring timely communication with senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clients, investment managers, vendors, and other stakeholders for accurate and timely payment processing.
  • 8-10 years of payment processing experience, ideally in global banking.
  • 7+ years in people management.
  • Strong knowledge of international payment processes and settlement mechanisms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with global payment systems and online banking platforms.
  • Solid understanding of Swift Payment processing; MX experience is a plus.
