The head of HR Administration and Payroll is responsible for all HR administration and payroll processes. This includes all activities related to ensure a proper organizational framework for the Group and related remunerations and benefits process. The position will also support the people performance management process and will be overseeing payroll for employees across 6 countries and 400+ employees being office workers and drivers.
Payroll Management
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Manage payroll adjustments, including bonuses, overtime, and deductions.
- Handle payroll audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable payroll and tax regulations.
Employee Records Administration
- Maintain, update, and secure employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and history.
- Manage the employee onboarding and offboarding process with respect to payroll, benefits, and record maintenance.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of employee records.
Benefits Administration
- Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Manage employee enrollments, terminations, and changes in benefits.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and payroll.
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to benefits programs to support employee satisfaction and retention.
People performance
- Manage the people performance management process across all functions.
- Develop people managers to become future leaders.
- Actively drive the development of functional leadership competences across the Group.
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare and submit payroll taxes, and manage year-end tax filings.
- Generate HR and payroll-related reports, including headcount, turnover, and other analytics.
Policy Development and Process Improvement
- Develop, document, and enforce HR and payroll policies and procedures.
- Identify and implement improvements in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Conduct regular training for HR and finance staff on payroll processes and systems.
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in payroll processing and HR administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of organizational development including benefit administration
- Knowledge of people performance processes
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems.
- Familiarity with payroll laws, tax regulations, and benefits administration.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
