Entegro, a leader in Telecommunications technology, is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of its shared services team.

This role focuses on managing processes, optimizing performance, and driving continuous improvement to ensure efficient service delivery across multiple business units.

The Operations Manager will play a key role in advancing future-proof networks and shaping the connectivity landscape.

• Manage daily operations of the shared services team, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
• Oversee service level KPIs and implement best practices to improve efficiency.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Drive process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage escalations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage operational risks.

• Demonstrated expertise in shared services or operations management.
• Strong leadership, team management, and FTTH deployment experience.
• Proven ability in process improvement and financial management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Operations (MBA preferred).
• Full drivers license.
