We are looking for a Shared Service Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and managing all core operational services across the Product Operations & Support team. You will focus on bringing standardization and efficiency to our internal operations, including quality assurance, workforce management, resource management, and customer support.
- Own and manage all core operational services across Product Operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Drive standardization and efficiency improvements in internal operations, with a strong emphasis on quality assurance, workforce management, and customer support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess operational demands and ensure resources are allocated effectively to meet these needs.
- Manage the underlying systems and assumptions that enable a repeatable and sustainable operational framework.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices that support operational excellence across the organization.
- Manage and collaborate with Product Support Analysts to ensure proper internal documentation and escalation pipelines are established and maintained
- Manage analyst resources aligned across various accounts and solutions.
- Strong operational expertise with a thorough understanding of core operational processes.
- A keen eye for identifying opportunities for standardization and efficiency improvements.
- An ability to work strategically, compiling insights for leadership while diving into details to understand dependencies and root causes.
- 3+ years of experience managing a diverse team, with a proven track record of leading both production and professional employees.
- Comfort in making informed decisions with imperfect or limited information, demonstrating responsible judgment and the ability to take calculated risks.
- An understanding of organizational limitations and constraints, acting as a steward of Notable’s resources.
