As Group Financial Controller you will be managing Unilode’s Finance Group/Holding activities and support various consolidation and cash projects.
- Leading month-end consolidation and reporting
- Co-ordinating the consolidation system.
- Reconciliation of intercompany charges between legal entities, including resolving elimination issues.
- Ensuring all relevant intercompany charges between entities are issued timely, processed correctly, and are in-line with transfer pricing agreements.
- Directs cash management.
- Responsible for treasury.
- Forecasts, monitors and tracks cash flow.
- Support the annual group interim and final IFRS consolidated audit.
- General controlling and accounting support across the group.
- Demonstrable progressive Accounting experience.
- Previous knowledge of Tagetik EPM system would be highly advantageous.
- Working knowledge of all functions in an Accounting/Finance office.
- Knowledge of relevant GAAP and IFRS principles.
- Attention to detail and organisation.
