Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager – HRO
We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for HR shared services- Core HR admin, Payroll, supporting the client in one or more of the following areas:
- Core HR and Payroll
- Lead the team responsible for managing the HR shared Service- Core HR
- Ensure adherence to SLA’s as agreed for the respective processes
- Monitor and resolve day to day issues & escalations, if any, by coordinating with the Onshore team & Process owners
- Work closely with quality team in identification and implementation of improvement ideas
- Provide coaching and mentoring to the team and manage client stakeholders
- Review process performance and report out performance dashboards on a
- Work closely with Client Process owners to ensure that any process changes / updates are communicated timely to the team members in India
- Work with Genpact stakeholder to achieve business metrics and be proactive in forecasting resource requirements, operational challenges
- Service documentation- preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly business review documents and representing Genpact in client meetings

Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate (PG an added advantage)
- MBA (HR)- Added Advantage
- Relevant experience in leading operations in business process outsourcing
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Exposure to Transition of a new HRO process is important
- Delivers oral and written communications that have clarity and impact.
- Should have E2E HRO knowledge
- HR skillset and experience – Advanced Knowledge of Oracle HCM
- Should have managed a team of 20-25 FTE.
