Work closely with the Head of Finance to align on achievable system and process improvements before leading your team to deliver consistent shared service function.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable for a group of business entities
• Manage a team of 7 finance operations staff
• Promptly deal with all queries, including those concerning external clients
• Provide support to internal stakeholders on operational matters
• Identify ways to streamline processes and maximise efficiency
• Lead or assist with ad hoc projects as required

• Strong leader with ability to lead by example
• Proven leader of shared service or transactional accounting functions
• Excellent communication, business partnering, and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritise key deliverables in a complex environment
• High degree of accountability
• Minimum 5 Years leadership experience
