- Gathering the staffing needs from the hiring managers of his/her dedicated portfolio(s)
- Defining the appropriate sourcing strategy, putting priority on direct sourcing and cost efficient channels.
- Working closely with our preferred recruitment vendors whenever necessary: including managing the relationship with recruitment agents and search firms
- Managing the selection processes: from screening, collecting feedback from interviewers, providing HR feedback, structuring competitive package proposals, to extending offers and contract to the candidates
- Responsible for the administration leading to the onboarding of the staff (includes raising and monitoring background check request, sending hiring approvals, completing documentation for HCOM input)
- Monitoring of trainee/interns and Contractor end dates for renewal process or exit process
- Advising and educating the hiring manager on recruitment policies and best practices
- Being a regular provider of market intelligence to the HR community and the Senior Management
- Maintaining a high level of risk awareness and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to talent acquisition
- Partnering efficiently with our extended recruitment team offshore (based in India)
- Leading transversal projects related to recruitment (at local or regional level)
- Responsible for managing and leading APAC recruitment – Interview scheduling, Job posting and Contract Letters.
- Branding / Rebranding of HR Ops team as a very knowledgeable, approachable, helpful/service oriented and accessible team.
- Operate seamlessly as one team and support / understand the business objectives and support the team accordingly.
- 8 years -10 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
- 4 years + experience in APAC recruitment.
- Team handling/ team supervising experience is required (Good in business-driven strategy and head hunting/hiring strategy).
