We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee Internal HRBP, Talent Acquisition (TA), Talent Management (TM), People & Culture (P&C), and potentially lead the Shared Services Synergy group. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in HR policies, recruitment, talent development, and organizational culture.
- HRBP : Lead internal HR policies and coordination of HR tasks across the organization.
- TA: Oversee recruitment, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition.
- TM: Develop and implement talent management programs and performance cycles.
- P&C: Promote a positive culture through employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
- Leadership & Strategy: Contribute to shaping the HR strategy and lead cross-functional teams.
- 8+ years of HR experience, including managing TA, TM, P&C, and HRBP functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, and employee relations.
- Proven leadership ability with a focus on team development and business performance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
