We are actively searching for an accomplished and strategic leader to take on the role of a Regional Head of Shared Services in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur. This critical position offers the chance to make a significant impact on the regional HR operations, overseeing a large, high-performing team of 100 professionals spread across Southeast Asia. As the Head of Shared Services, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing our shared services strategy, driving innovation, and championing a culture of excellence in service delivery.

• With your extensive experience in HR processes, you will ensure that the shared services are not only efficient but also aligned with best practices and the strategic priorities of the business.
