The Operations Risk Compliance organization proactively identifies and manages risk through scalable and data-backed compliance solutions for Amazon and its customers, employees, and partners.
This role will establish a global change management framework for Amazon’s compliance teams and will implement and maintain the mechanisms used to initiate, track, and approve changes to our monitoring activities.
About The Team
The Operations Risk Compliance, Global Operations Excellence (GOE) team is a shared services team serving Operations Risk Compliance which encompasses several compliance functions The GOE team is responsible for Change Management, Training and Communications, Resource Management, Quality Strategy, and Governance.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
