Our Client, a privately held tech-driven shared services platform with a large private portfolio of companies across multiple industries is seeking an process improvement subject matter expert Accounts Payable Project Manager Consultant with a demonstrated track record of leveraging financial systems, and KPI platforms to analyze AP workflows and develop system driven solutions to track results. The successful Accounts Payable Project Manager Consultant will lead the integration of add-on platform and optimize it for AP process automation.

• Develop a full analysis of current operations and workflows and implement a tiered system to streamline AP operations and recommend a future state to execute these strategies.
• Provide actional insights to key stakeholders based on leveraging Coupa Analytics and Google Looker Studio to analyze and report key AP data.
• Develop and define key performance indicators (KPI) for the full lifecycle of the accounts payable invoicing to payment status.
• Establish documentation and communicate effectively with all key stakeholders to implement these improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required.
• 10+ years of Accounts Payable, Accounting Analysis and Business Process Improvement required.
• Experience with data analytics tools required and Coupa Analytics or Google Looker Studio preferred.
• Demonstrated 5+ years of experience in fast-paced client service environment with competing priorities required.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve process inefficiencies of AP processes required.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and KPI reporting expertise from financial systems required.
• Self-starter and willingness to execute from direction.
