You will coordinate the mapping of the R2R (Record to Report), AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivables), T&E (Travel & Expense) and MDM (Master Data Management) processes within the EU subsidiaries, process transformation and their smooth transition to Shared Services Center, ensuring the standardization, centralization and optimization of the services offered.
At the same time you will coordinate, mentor and develop team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Set-up Phase:
- collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to develop all the necessary documentation and related actions and implements the transition plan;
- coordinates the mapping of R2R (Record to Report AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivables), T&E (Travel & Expense) and MDM (Master Data Management) processes within the EU subsidiaries included in the project;
- collaborates with subsidiaries and the SAP implementation team and approves the transformation of these processes before being migrated to SSC;
- completes the standardization of these processes in order to best serve the contracted SAP modules and the Servier Group strategy of transited services in SSC; establishes metrics (mechanisms & SLA) for measuring the efficiency of SSC processes;
- decides the appropriate dimensioning of the necessary resources within the team (necessary skills, number of people, their phasing, etc.).
Implementation Phase:
- coordinates all aspects of the transitions (including communication, budgeting, implementation calendar, etc.), according to the agreed terms;
- analyze, measure and report the effectiveness of the SSC processes against the established metrics/SLAs;
- ensure the documentation in English of the migrated processes, as well as e-learning materials (as the case may be), to ensure knowledge transfer at any time;
- is the contact person with the subsidiaries during the transition period.
Stabilization & optimization Phase:
- identifies and implements continuous improvements, in close cooperation with subsidiaries and stakeholders within SSC and based on industry trends and best market practices;
- monitors legislative changes, the potential impact on SSC processes and implements the necessary changes in a timely manner;
- ensure regular updates (at least 1/year) of the documentation of the migrated processes and of the relevant e-learning materials (as the case may be);
- is the contact person (POC) with the subsidiaries during the stabilization period;
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA & MS Office (xls advanced)
- Solid knowledge of process mapping (analysis, measurement, documentation, metrics, improvement/standardization and training)
- Solid end2end knowledge of R2R processes (ideally also AP, AR, MDM and T&E)
- Excellent people management skills
- Advanced English (a second foreign language is a plus)
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar position within Shared Service Center (services provided for European countries)
- High problem & conflict resolution skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication & collaboration skills (interrelationship in transversal teams)
