In here, you will have the chance to be part of several Financial teams like Record to Report, Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Financial Analysis, Master Data, among others, that support European markets, making sure the business continues to growth.

  • Define and maintain the core operating model (rules and business process documentation)
  • Mobilize and coordinate subject matter experts (SME´s)
  • Lead core model, arbitrate any change during the roll out and secure alignment of the regions/countries
  • Define and implement indicators to measure process performance and adherence
  • Escalate any cross functional issue or any risk on his stream to the business project manager
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Validate testing plan and twisting scenarios
  • Validate global data migration strategy and data cleansing riles & plan
  • Validate the IS&T solution/system configuration are in adequation with business requirements
  • Responsible for managing a process from end to end, which includes implementation, maintenance and improvement of this process
  • At least 8 years of Accounting / Procurement and T&E experience in Procure to Pay context.
  • Experience and understanding of GBS / Shared Services environments.
  • Knowledge in SAP ECC6 and S4/HANA ERP.
  • Project management to manage timely execution.
  • Experience in interaction with Finance Head quarter leaders in large multi-international company.
  • Able to travel occasionally to attend some meetings with countries (to confirm).
  • Experience in process design, process mapping, improving process quality, process review and compliance.
  • Ability to apply continuous process improvement concepts and tools.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Leadership to influence country CFO, Sodexo HQ Group Controlling leader and Business Process Owner.
  • High degree of customer orientation.
  • Ability to apply continuous process improvement concepts and tools.
  • Highly flexible, with an ability to work in a changing and multicultural environment.
  • Able to interact in a multi-cultural environment.
