And are you a dedicated people leader? If so, you might be a perfect fit for our new position as HR Service Center Manager for EMEA (E urope, Middle East & Africa) .
- Lead, develop and motivate a team of HR Professionals that delivers both front-office and back-office HR support.
- Be the operational go-to person and sparring partner for the team, monitor and follow-up on deliveries and KPIs and initiate continuous improvement measures.
- Manage the transfer of tasks into HR Services and ensure staffing, documentation and training plans are in place.
- Resource management and back-up planning
- Apply a LEAN and user-oriented mindset in the continuous development of our processes and internal workflows.
- Drive the maintenance and continuous improvement of the EMEA knowledge article library to support efficient self-service
- Ensure close and smoothly running stakeholder relationships as well as solid performance management reporting routines and tools.
- Be a part of the HR Services EMEA leadership team and contribute to shaping both the strategic and operational direction.
Background & Skills
We imagine that you hold a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources or a related field or that you have equivalent work experience .
HR shared services is your home turf, and you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a people leader in an international organization. You know how to build and grow an organization and how to make your team follow. You know how to run projects and have experience with process streamlining, ticket systems and digitalization.
