Our customer, a leading company in the field of sustainable energy solutions with several locations in Europe , is now looking for a manager in its shared service center in Jena . A remote component is possible after training.

• As Head of IT Services (m/f/d) you will lead 2 teams (IT helpdesk and onsite support) with a total of around 20 employees and 2 team leads
• You optimize IT service processes according to ITIL standards and implement measures to increase service quality and customer satisfaction
• You are responsible for efficient and customer-oriented operation of both departments
• You also monitor compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure that IT requests are processed quickly
• You will work closely with central IT units, customers and partners to develop innovative solutions
• Overall, you are actively involved in the further development of our client company’s IT strategy and occasionally take on project or process responsibility

• You have a degree in IT or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
• Ideally, you have around 5 years of experience in the disciplinary management of teams with more than 5 people
• Sound specialist knowledge in the planning, development and operation of IT services as well as in the use of service management systems are a matter of course for you
• You also have experience in implementing ITIL processes and optimizing structures and processes
• You are willing to work on-site and occasionally travel to other locations and subsidiaries
• You are characterized by a strong customer focus, analytical thinking and an independent way of working
• Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills complete your profile
