- End to end responsibility of supporting the Record to Report processes and operations across management units of the Tea business, both Financial and Management reporting.
- Strong knowledge in analysing the numbers and write meaningful business commentaries about the company performance.
- Should have an excellent coordination, verbal and written communication skills.
- Involvement of handling finance controllership role.
- Involvement of handling markets/ finance controllers and R2R Shared Service Centre operations
- Management of Month Close Process within Finance system, Preparation, presentation, inputs, and submissions. Validating Financial Reports, reconciliation, and query resolution
- Management of Intercompany Accounting (Billing, Allocations, Recharges and Reconciliations)
- Management of Fixed Assets Accounting (Additions, Transfer, write off and month end deliverables)
- Management of general accounting transactions, including opening balance roll forward, working with third party providers and local markets
- Experience in balance sheet account reconciliations review, approval, and enhancements.
- Working knowledge of R2R upstream and downstream experience (AP, AR, SCF and Management reporting).
- Experience in Tax accounting – Preparation of tax pack and Differed tax calculations.

Professional Qualification / Experience
- A chartered Accountant/semi qualified CA or MBA (Finance)
- Minimum 7-12 years’ experience preferably in FMCG industry
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, (IFRS, Indian GAAP, US GAAP) and global accounting policies
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Experience in Financial accounting, corporate finance, Global Shared services desirable
- Having working knowledge in Finance operations of SAP ECC / S4 Hana preferable
