As the Chief Shared Services Officer, you will spearhead the strategic design, development, and execution of the organization’s shared services model, driving excellence across finance, HR, IT, procurement, and other enabling functions.

• Expertise in managing large-scale, multi-functional shared services centers, ideally in a complex, multinational environment.
• Proven ability to lead through change, balancing strategic vision with operational execution.
• Strong financial acumen, analytical mindset, and familiarity with technology platforms and automation tools.
