• As a member of the management team, you are responsible for the development and implementation of business strategies, thereby ensuring future growth and success of the group of companies.
• You are responsible for managing the finance department , including accounting, bookkeeping and tax, and act as a shared service center for the group.
• With your international team of 17 employees at 3 locations, you are responsible for the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements for 13 international individual companies as well as the German group in accordance with IFRS.
• You are the central contact person for tax management and treasury, implement the FX hedging strategy as well as liquidity planning and management and are responsible for the further development of the transfer pricing documentation.
• You also act as an interface to internal and external stakeholders such as authorities, auditors, banks or investors.
• In addition to the further development of internal control systems and the ERP system, you will be driving forward initiatives to digitalise and increase efficiency .

• You have a relevant degree in business administration with a focus on finance, accounting and tax and have several years of management experience in a comparable international corporate structure.
• Experience in the retail and/or e-commerce environment is a clear additional advantage, as is dealing with external stakeholders such as authorities, banks and investors, etc.
• As an entrepreneurial personality, you impress with your excellent communication skills, your high level of empathy and your ability to work in a team.
• You enjoy working strategically , but are equally hands-on and operational in the job, depending on what the situation requires.
