• Further development and economic management of the company according to commercial principles using the shared service model of the municipal utility association (including commercial services and IT)
• Targeted management of investments and expansion of the offering using marketing and sales strategies
• Management of a team with a total of around 70 employees and responsibility for the operational operations in two indoor and four outdoor pools, taking into account the course of the season
• You work together in a spirit of trust with the employees, employee representatives, supervisory bodies and political decision-makers of the state capital Erfurt and represent the company externally
• Active participation in associations

• Completed business or technical studies or comparable training
• Several years of experience in the operational management of a company, ideally in a swimming pool context
• Cooperative, integrative and committed leadership style and enjoyment in developing a team and working together collegially within the group
• Very good communication skills, entrepreneurial thinking and action, strong service orientation
• Ability to actively design and implement processes in line with corporate objectives
