A financial shared service company specializing in manufacturing is seeking for a Senior Manager in Project Management department. This role requires an individual capable of managing large scale projects, related to finance & accounting function.

• Manage and Oversee Projects: Handle large projects, plan the roadmap, manage finances, prioritize tasks, execute projects, and report on progress and risks.
• Plan and Track Progress: Create milestone plans, manage changes, control scope, quality, schedule, cost, and contracts, and measure program benefits against goals.
• Facilitate and Communicate: Approve business cases, share and prioritize resources, manage communications, engage stakeholders, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Continuous Improvement and Closure: Oversee testing, improve processes, manage project closure, mentor project managers, and maintain stakeholder relationships.

• 10 years of Project Management methodology required.
• PMP or Scrum Qualification preferred.
• Experience in Project Management related to finance & accounting function is highly preferred.
