We are building a new (greenfield) Insulet Global Business Services (IGBS) organization to support the rapid growth of our company through excellent business services, delivered in an optimized model from a Capability Center in Guadalajara. As part of this, we have Global Service Owners that manage the end-to-end delivery of key enterprise processes. The Global Service Owner (PtP) manages the delivery of the Procure to Pay process across all regions and business units.

The role is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the services, even where they do not manage the team directly. The role will involve the direct management of a team of Accounts Payable professionals (approximately 10-15 people), and the indirect management of other team members (approximately 5-10 people).
Manage knowledge transfer activities during the transition of new work into IGBS
- Understand the design and specification of the services – reviewing and approving the definitions and processes of new or changed services
- Work with IGBS colleagues, collaborate with the function to document appropriate detail (this includes personally sitting with the current team to understand the detail of how they work today)
- Hire the delivery team in IGBS
- Train the delivery team
- Accredit the delivery team
- Take the services live
- Manage parallel running, service embedding and hyper care activities, to ensure that the operation is working as expected
Lead the delivery of the services, according to the specification and design.
- Manage delivery of the services to the required levels, achieving over time the target value metrics for the services
- Track operational KPIs and take action where targets are not being met
- Hire and directly manage a team of professionals and indirectly manage other team members
- Provide leadership, set performance goals, and ensure that the team is aligned with the overall objectives of the service
Manage and resolve service issues.
- Teach the team to learn to love and identify the problem
- Ensure that issues are appropriately prioritized and reported transparently, using the IGBS issues log
- Address issues, ensuring a timely resolution, and professional closing of the loop with colleagues
Build collaborative relationships with key colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proactively develop and maintain relationships with functional leaders who are customers of IGBS services
- Develop a regular communication rhythm, address concerns, and ensure that services meet customer expectations
- Champion service catalogue awareness and usage throughout Insulet
Collaborate to drive continuous improvement of the services, including process and experience excellence activities.
- Work with the PtP Global Process Owner (GPO) and Global Process Manager (GPM) to identify, prioritize, and implement continuous improvement (CI) projects.
- Champion the IGBS service management framework and CI methods across the team
- Champion the use of digital techniques, including machine learning (ML), digitization, robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), and other established or emerging technologies in this area.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, advanced degree or equivalent preferred.
- 10+ year’s experience and 7+delivering PtP services
- Detailed knowledge of Procure to Pay processes across international markets.
- Demonstrated experience leading and working with industry standard techniques
- Experience of GBS implementations, service delivery, experience excellence, and process automation
Skills/Competencies
- Microsoft Office: Proficiency with Word, Excel, teams, Copilot, Power BI and Outlook.
- SAP/S4/Hanna knowledge
- Knowledge of State and Use Tax preferred in United States.
- Strong Math and Analytical Skills.

Others
- Working from the office at least 2 days per week
- Some international travel will be required, approximately 10% to 20%. Existing US visa preferred.
NOTE: This position is eligible for hybrid working arrangements (requires on-site work from an Insulet office at least 1x/week; may work remotely other days).
