We have an opportunity for a Product Security Global Practice Leader to join our Honeywell team in Krakow.
The Product Security Global Practice Leader is critical role in our Product Security team and is focused on the evolving cyber regulations & standards happening around the globe and helping our community comprehend them and evolving our programs to meet them. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Product Security Shared Services and dotted line to the Chief Product Security Officer.
This role is designed for a self-motivated, industrial cyber standards / regulations savvy professional with a passion for process optimization and software security who wants to be part of a global team of incredible Product Security experts working jointly to make secure products by design and by default. This is a cross functional leadership position without direct reports.

- Ability to translate & relate complex cyber concepts into simple clear actions to team members and gain adoption.
- Be the subject matter expert (SME) on new and evolving global cyber regulation and standards.
- Participate on working groups for cyber standards (ex ISA/IEC 62443) and regulation, and provide training, coaching, and expert consultation in the evolving regulations and Standards.
- Identify and optimize existing methods and practices based on changes being made in standards.
- Ability to influence & communicate at all levels; from executives to architects to regulators.
- Experience working with ISA/IEC 62443, ISA99, Common Criteria & NIST 800-218 and familiarity to EU Cyber Resiliency Act, NIS / NIS2, EU AI Act, EO 14028 & GDPR.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, displaying strong interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate diverse groups, negotiate priorities, and drive change.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar discipline
- Strong knowledge of secure software development lifecycle and practices
- Experience working with remote teams globally and the ability to travel worldwide ca. 25%
We value:
- Contributor on an existing ISA.ORG working group preferred (ex. IEC TC 65 WG 10)
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certified preferred
- Scrum Master experience preferred.
- Experience with SAFe Agile style development
- Certifications in security such as CSSLP or CISSP
