Reporting to the Vice President of Communications and Creative Services, the Director of Creative and Multimedia Services leads a team that supports both the marketing and communications functions within Parkview Health. These shared services include video production, graphic design, editorial content and branding.
- Supports the team in developing design, branding and editorial content solutions and translating them through a variety of channels and platforms to meet specific business needs. Effectively communicates key messages to various audiences.
- Establishes standard processes and maintains the integrity of Parkview’s brands and messages in all internal and external representations of the organization. Working closely with internal stakeholders, supports the team in managing projects from creative concept to completion through planning, collaboration, research and creative development.
- Works closely with other marketing and communications team members to implement full marketing and communications plans in support of Parkview’s strategic goals
Education
Requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business administration or related field.
Experience
At least 7 years of experience in a marketing, communications, creative, account management or agency role. Strong portfolio, demonstrating project management, copywriting and creative capabilities across multiple channels. Healthcare background preferred but not required.

Outstanding language skills, verbal and written. Excellent project management skills; ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment; effectively managing multiple projects and tasks with changing priorities and attention to detail. Strategic mindset, with the ability to work on project teams and collaborate with various stakeholders to support marketing and communications strategies. Capable of working independently and delivering appropriate and timely feedback to management and team members as required. Ability to develop strong internal relationships to establish a level of trust. Strong collaboration skills and track record of acting as an open and willing resource to team members in assessing ideas and directions. Detail-oriented team leader who can navigate a large organization to execute under tight deadlines. Ability to innovate and improve processes to increase efficiency. Skilled at inspiring others to elevate their craft and thinking.
