If you see yourself as a sparring partner for the Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO) and enjoy playing a key role in the implementation of the P&C strategy, then you have come to the right place! As Head P&C Shared Services and Transformation, you will play a key role in the redesign and optimization of People & Culture services, processes and systems.

  • Together with CPCO and peers, you develop the key areas that arise from corporate and P&C strategy, trends and recurring reviews and implement these pragmatically in initiatives and projects
  • Your team consists of 3 direct reports (11 employees in total) for whose support and development you are responsible. You manage the P&C services and IT project management areas in a disciplinary manner, and you are responsible for BGM/case management and wellbeing initiatives, among other things.
  • Supported by your team, you analyze existing processes and technologies, initiate improvements and implement innovative solutions to increase efficiency
  • You support the cultural and corporate transformation by helping to shape a variety of supportive accompanying measures. You also ensure that these changes are addressed and adopted in a way that is appropriate for the target group
  • You drive topics such as inclusion and diversity
  • You are responsible for conducting surveys and developing measures derived from them. As a coordination hub, you ensure labels, audits and reporting on KPIs
  • You have a Master’s degree in business administration or a comparable subject
  • You are passionate about taking on both conceptual and operational tasks with enthusiasm and drive
  • You have a high level of self-motivation, a desire to create and real doer qualities to develop modern people & culture concepts and successfully implement them in practice
  • You have extensive know-how across the entire HR life cycle – ideally in the areas of Compensation & Benefits , Corporate Health and Performance Management – ​​and have a keen sense for strategic connections
  • You have experience in managing challenging and diverse HR projects, including technical solutions, leading interdisciplinary work groups and in-depth knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum or SAFe
  • You can look back on proven successes in leading teams and convince with your situational leadership style
  • You handle data routinely, use it purposefully and convince with your problem-solving and pragmatic way of working
  • You have strong negotiation and communication skills to specifically involve and convince different stakeholders
  • You are fluent in German and English and ideally have French skills in order to communicate confidently in our diverse work environment
