The position comes from Zhilian Recruitment. Formulate and organize the implementation of hospital information construction planning schemes according to the overall planning, medium and long-term development strategies of the hospital.
- Responsible for the standardization of medical services and refinement of medical service processes in the whole hospital (surgical and non-surgical departments): discover problems in the service processes of each department, combine digitalization and information technology to provide solutions, and make improvements in the form of project promotion to promote the improvement of service efficiency and customer satisfaction;
- Responsible for customer satisfaction management: maintain and optimize the management of customer opinions throughout the chain, collect customer opinions through multiple channels online and offline (including on-site, telephone, SMS, network platform, mini-programs, etc.), conduct data analysis, provide improvement strategies for departments, and realize customer service complaint risk pre-warning, as well as solve customer service complaints;
- Responsible for promoting and organizing hospital review projects: German Rhine TÜV-SQS review, 5A review;
- Responsible for the improvement of basic information environment and the construction of large-capacity shared service platform: through front-end flexibility, middle-end integration, and back-end robust information technology projects, realize the business needs of employees online, products online, customers online, and management online.
- Responsible for the maintenance and functional iteration of the electronic medical record (EMR) system, LIS system laboratory (testing department) information system, and appointment-arrival-queuing system.
- Bachelor degree or above;
- More than 3 years of experience as a director of hospital information construction, with priority given to hospitals with large scale or high medical technology level and mature information center teams;
- Familiar with the information construction of the medical industry and the application of medical software systems;
- Strong organizational, coordination, communication, interpersonal skills, as well as keen insight and comprehensive analytical ability;
- Strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, and pioneering and innovative spirit;
