Working as part of BPB Shared Services organization, this role will be responsible for leading the transition of activities between the delivery phase (build, acceptance, cutover, migration) and handover to operations for BAU support through to hypercare.
The successful candidate will work with the various platform service transition leads and the production support teams to define and deliver the business, organisational and technical changes to enable transition to production.
- Define the plan of activities to transition the solution to production as per dentsu quality control process and applicable governance requirements
- Deliver the service transition plan and related activities in coordination with existing platforms’ and BAU production support teams
- Define the new production support operating model to manage the cross platforms’ solution
- Identify impacts on existing supporting operating model from a processes, tools and resources perspectives and drive prioritization and resolution
- Collaborate with existing BAU production support team to identify requirements and support alignment – including on necessary changes to manage the ongoing transformation impacts
- Define and lead knowledge transfer activities for the production support teams
- Define hypercare strategy and requirements including exit criteria for handover to operations
- Lead hypercare activities including managing the meetings with technology and business teams. Publish Hypercare daily metrics/reports.
- Manage hypercare exit process for handover to operations.
Mandatory Experience And Skills
- Overall, 10+ years’ experience out of which 2-4 years of experience in leading project deployments and / or service management
- Proven experience leading hands-on project management & service transition activities in a global multi-platform transformation context
- Proven Service Management expertise and experience including latest up-to- date certification (e.g. ITIL)
- Ability to drive alignment and communicate clearly to a variety of audiences, including business and technology stakeholders across delivery, hypercare and production support functions.
- Project management and quality process expertise
- Experience with any of the following platforms would be advantageous: Salesforce, Microsoft D365 (ERP), Workday, Workfront, SnapLogic
Desired Skills And Experience
- Reasonable knowledge of PowerBI or similar reporting tools
- Possess functional knowledge of various devops such as Azure DevOps, JIRA etc.
- Ability to organize and facilitate key stakeholder meetings
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple simultaneous streams of work
- Proactive approach and the ability to work through problems to provide options & solutions
- Disciplined and professional approach – ability to work autonomously and prioritize work load
- Self-confident; easily establishes relationships with others. Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
