Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Service Delivery Leader – HRO!
In this role, the candidate will be required to lead a team of 80-100 FTEs and will be responsible to manage end-to end HR and Payroll Operations
- Optimize HR Shared Services operations with automation and agile deployment approach.
- Advance HRSS, achieving Services and financial expectations.
- Lead the HRSS team.
- Ensure adherence to Service Levels as agreed for the respective processes.
- Work closely with quality team in identification and implementation of improvement ideas.
- Review process performance and report out performance dashboards on a regular basis.
- Drive regular governance with retained HRSS leader and core HR teams.
- Drive change management in the organization to assure the success and adoption of the HR service delivery operating model.
- Support team with complex cases and communication/collaboration with retained teams
- Support team with transaction processing and query management during high volumes
- Support in backup planning, distribution of work amongst the team
- Provide proactive team management and coaching.
- Drive and support initiatives from quality areas, leading improvements and providing training.
- Address and solve any performance/ process issue across the area of responsibility.
Minimum Qualifications/ Skills
- Significant relevant years of experience in leading a team responsible to manage end-to end HR and Payroll Operations
- Deep domain experience in HR and payroll operations and service delivery – including process like Talent Acquisition, Workforce Administration, Learning & development, Total rewards (C&B), Talent management, payroll
- Experience of leading complex, matrixed operations team and strong customer stakeholder management.
- Deep understanding of quality and compliance to local Laws and regulations is a must requirement.
