To strengthen our team, we are looking for you: Immediately as Head of Payroll Processes & Strategy / Director of Hire to Retire (m/f/d). As Head of Payroll Processes & Strategy / Director of Hire to Retire (m/f/d)
- Responsibility for the entire payroll strategy and processing along the employee lifecycle (hire to retire)
- Ensuring a smooth and legally compliant payroll process, including timely payroll processing
- Monitoring and optimizing processes in the areas of payroll, compensation models, benefits and working time management
- Collaborate with other HR functions, such as Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, to ensure a seamless employee experience
- Introduction and use of modern payroll systems and tools to increase efficiency and automate processes
- Monitoring and compliance with all relevant tax and social security regulations
- Development and implementation of KPIs to measure success and optimize payroll processes
- Management and development of a specialized payroll team
- Contact person for internal and external audits, including cooperation with financial and tax auditors
- Completed studies in business administration, finance, human resources or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in a management position in payroll / payroll accounting, ideally in an international environment
- Sound knowledge of tax, social security and labor law
- Proven experience in the implementation and optimization of payroll systems
- Analytical thinking skills and experience in dealing with key figures and reporting
- Strong leadership and communication skills as well as a solution-oriented approach
- Fluent German and English
- Enthusiasm for innovative and digital solutions in the payroll environment
